LP Record Series

Museum of Art and History, Lancaster, CA
2023

A record of some of the contemporary species which have survived one or more great earth extinction events. I find their enduring presence subtly informs current narratives about time and global change. Each drawing is made in part with substances tied to the subject’s body or environment. Handwritten on each drawing are a few details most of us don’t know about them.
